We’re sharing some highlights of the British Society for Rheumatology’s Virtual Annual Conference with our new case study.
In early 2021, the British Society for Rheumatology (BSR) selected CTI to plan and produce their Virtual Annual Conference. Thousands of members of the UK’s leading specialist medical society for rheumatology and musculoskeletal professionals gathered online, taking advantage of a new and updated suite of tools from CTI.
We’re sharing some highlights of their Virtual Annual Conference with our new case study, “The BSR Virtual Meeting Success Story”:
One platform for a streamlined end-to-end workflow. Among the reasons BSR chose CTI was our ability to manage all the vital components of their meeting in a single platform, reducing stress and costs.
Fully Configurable User Interface & Navigation. When setup began, BSR took full advantage of the CTI virtual platform’s customization capabilities, which include filters, categories, and topics for the Homepage, Navigation Tabs, Sessions, Presentations, ePoster galleries, and the Virtual Expo Hall.
Live, Pre-recorded and On-demand Content. CTI created detailed guidelines for speakers and exhibitors and provided technical support for five parallel streams, 190+ speakers, live and pre-recorded talks, and a wealth of on-demand content.
Meeting Analytics. BSR gained crucial insights on attendees and content via at-a-glance dashboards for top ranking sessions and presentations by page views, hours watched and attendees watching – segmented by region or registration code.
